Description
Natural light blue mineral Chrysocolla pendant. Large drop-shaped stone from Arizona with Turquoise color. Set with sterling silver 21 gauge square and half round wire created twist cap and with an 18″,20″ or 24″ x 1.05 mm Italian-made sterling silver snake chain necklace of your choice.
The stone is hand cut, polished on diamond wheels up to 50,000 grit, and has an awesome bright shine. The wire wrapping is a stylish simple design that focuses more on the stone than the setting. It’s a one-of-a-kind spiritual stone specimen, a joy to work with this stone. It’s an Arizona-origin specimen, the light blue mineral mixed with Chalcedony (agate), and in this form usually called gem silica, however, it’s not pure, reddish Cuprite shows, so let’s just call it Chrysocolla.
stone size: 40.3 x 23.7 x 6.4 mm 51.15 ct. Overall pendant height, 53.4 mm
Energizer crystals, such as Chrysocolla, are powerful sponge-like absorbers of energy. Their opaque properties function like batteries and serve to augment our energy during periods when we are not at our peak.
Our gemstone pendants are cut from mostly self-collected natural semi-precious crystals and minerals. Local Canadian Rocky Mountain gems from far up the Arctic Circle to the south point of Vancouver island. We also buy and trade interesting specimens with worldwide partners.
The handmade jewelry, that you find in the store, is available to purchase. Some stones are drilled and set with findings, but our preferred method is the modern and minimalist style of wire wrapping, which focuses on showing the entire size of the stone, yet holds it firm and secure in place.
We never die, color or alter our stones in any way, all pendants are 100% natural stones, polished with a nine-step lapidary process. The settings are made of sterling silver jewelry wire.
We have a large collection of jewelry-quality raw minerals, ready to cut. Custom shape and size cutting is available.
Sorry we do not sell raw stone, we use it or only trade it.
