The distinct symbol for wishing luck, original alabaster crossed fingers stone carving on a round shape beige travertine base. New minimalist style, yet detailed small sculpture by Canadian artist.
Natural gray alabaster stone, with black toned veins, by the first look, like marble. The raw stone’s origin unknown, it’s from an old stock collection. Traditionally carved, mallet and chisel shaped, files and rasps detailed stonework. Hand polished with standard water base sand papers up to 2000 grit smoothness and shine. Pinned and stone epoxy glued to the base, that polished as well. Sealed and buffed with natural non toxic bee wax. Signed and dated. Authentication certificate attached with the purchase of the sculpture.
