Natural stone business card holder. The rock is simple river sediment, collected in the British Columbia Fraser river, mistaken for agate. It turned out a silicate sandstone. Cut with a lapidary saw for sample. After the cutting, I saw this face in the stone, just enhanced it by carving deeper lines, then paint it first with bronze then black waterproof paint. The top cut accommodates about 15 business cards at the time. The stone is cleaned with nontoxic soap, safe to touch and use. I can customize it, by carving a name, business logo, or short message to the back side for free.
Use it as a paperweight or business card display. A simple affordable gift idea for Father’s day.
stone size: 4″ x 3.25 x 2.75″ 10 x 7.5 x 7 cm. 0.933 kg.
