SKU: SSC400113

This brown barn owl carved from a solid piece of soapstone, that actually sold as green by the supplier. However the brown color is more intense, and it looks like a camouflage pattern. The sculpture carved in minimalist style, that’s what the nature of soapstone allows, yet detailed enough to represent the characteristics of a brown barn owl.

It’s an original carving by Saga, Gabriella Canadian sculptor. Hand carved with traditional hand tools, polished with standard water base sand papers to a shiny and smooth surface finish. Stands on a beige, kind of egg shape limestone base, that polished as well. Signed and dated. Authentication certificate attached with the purchase of the sculpture.

8.5″ x 6.75″ x 4.25″              21.5 x 17 x 10.5 cm                        4.435 kg.
