Recently finished modern art marble and slate stone abstract sculpture.
Brand new, never been displayed black and white Tree of life inspirational medium size art work. Ancient symbols are one of the most used subjects in art expressions for hundreds of years. Found in every culture from Asia to Europe, and south America. This marble sculpture is my version of the most significant symbol of the sacred tree, the concept of life.
Cut from natural Italian Carrara marble slab, polished to a satin shine finish without using any additives or chemicals, by the old school way with standard sand papers up to 1500 grit. The black slate is a locally prospected also natural black slate with smooth decent shine. Pinned and epoxy glued on a matching rectangle shape base. Signed and dated.
I can personalize it by carving names or a short message on it for free of charge.
The sculpture looks exceptionally great with light behind it.
